1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or downloading any SVGA animation files, graphics, or assets from SVGAFILE.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. License Grants & Permitted Usage

When you purchase a single asset or hold an active Subscription Pass, SVGAFILE grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to embed and display the downloaded SVGA animation within:

Live streaming applications (e.g. Poppo Live, Uplive, Bigo Live, TikTok Live, Chamet)
Audio voice rooms, chat stages, and social gifting apps
Mobile applications (iOS and Android native apps)
Broadcast graphics, overlays, and virtual avatar animations

3. Restrictions & Anti-Theft Policy

You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, rip, or package SVGA files into competing digital asset libraries. Reverse engineering or mass automated scraping of our server endpoints is strictly monitored by our firewall telemetry.

4. Account Sharing & Multi-Device Enforcement

Each SVGAFILE account is restricted to authorized devices. Simultaneous sessions across non-registered hardware will trigger automated security verification.

5. Modifications & Contact

We reserve the right to revise our terms at any time. For licensing inquiries, agency agreements, or bespoke animation commissions, contact our legal team.
